Born and raised in Chicago, DJ Scream started mixing at the age of 12. Being influenced by his older brother Gabriel Get Down Garcia of 90.5 FM WCYC, Scream started mixing out of his basement while quickly acquiring the skills to make it into the club scene. Fast forward 5+ years where he has performed at some of the biggest events and venues throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico including House of Blues, Senor Frogs and Crobar.

He has shared the turntables with some of Chicago’s finest DJ’s along with national and international DJ’s such as DJ Funk, Alex Peace, Bam Bam, Frankie Bones, CZR, Tony Arzadon and Richard Humpty Vision. He has also shared the stage with superstars in the latin market such as Calle 13, Ivy Queen, 4Ever and Daddy Yankee (to name a few).

Coming from the southside of Chicago and listening to House music has given this kid a different approach to the music he spins. His flawless mixes lift the crowd to another level. He is as versatile as they come. Releasing his first CD entitled Energy Groove with DJ Rampage has allowed the Midwest to witness this phenom in his early years as he approaches stardom.

He rocked the crowd with his debut performance at Club Industry on February 8, 2002. Now, with numerous residencies under his belt, Scream has performed with the best of them and continues to rock the crowd wherever he goes.
